Kèr Kvēozèj (Kvēo /zɛʤ/ [toast] [hierarchy]) is a subtropical Town located in Bûme Kakû Kingdom, Osèsmā Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Kèr Kvēozèj is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Kvēozèj was founded by Spiny Eurypterids Belíhgā, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Kvēozèj has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Kèr Kvēozèj receives an average of 245 cm/y (96 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Overview

Kèr Kvēozèj was founded durring the late 11th century, by Spiny Eurypterids Belíhgā. The establishment of Kèr Kvēozèj was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Spiny Eurypterids Belíhgā electing to pay people to resettle in Kèr Kvēozèj.

Kèr Kvēozèj was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kvēozèj is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Kvēozèj is buildings are speckled and packed arround broad cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Kèr Kvēozèj's frontieer-style defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

A look around Kèr Kvēozèj shows Kèr Kvēozèj as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Kèr Kvēozèj possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Kèr Kvēozèj's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.

Kèr Kvēozèj's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.

Cultural Notes

Kèr Kvēozèj's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is skipped in Kèr Kvēozèj.

The Azer near Kèr Kvēozèj are known to be quite timid.

Kèr Kvēozèj's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves gestures to channel Conjuration energies of tier 3 via divine sermons.
